How to Return Your Order

Pack your bottles
If a bottle has been opened, it must contain at least 50% of its original contents. If you are returning multiple bottles of the same product, only one bottle may be opened.

Include your order information
Place your receipt or order number inside the package so we can identify your order.

Mail the package to us
Send your return to the address below. We recommend using the most economical package through USPS, such as Ground Advantage/First Class.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card or PayPal). We do not issue store credit, checks, or refunds to a different card.
After we process your refund, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Important to Know
- Refused packages Packages refused at delivery are treated as a standard return. Shipping costs paid by the customer or by us may not be refunded.
- Undeliverable packages Packages returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, no access for delivery, etc.) are treated as standard returns. Shipping costs paid by the customer or by us may not be refunded.
- One return per product If you have previously returned a product, that product is not eligible for another guarantee claim.
