Amazing Product
I started having constipation issues for the first time in my life at 68 years old. In the past if I increased my fiber intake when I was not regular, I would be able to get back to regular bowel movements. When I started having problems I tried everything (extra fiber in my diet, Metamucil, apples everyday, prune juice, finally a laxative) and nothing seemed to be helping.
